Redevelopment of public areas, such as the hotel lobby, while recalling social distancing protocols using meaningful pictograms and protective screens on our reception counters.
Warm and personalized approach available at all times to provide the best customer service.
Installation of hand sanitizer dispensers available to our customers at the main entrances
Increased frequency of cleaning of workspaces, with emphasis on high traffic areas such as staff entrances, laundry rooms and offices.
The housekeeping of our rooms is subject to strict cleaning and disinfection protocols intended to maintain all hygienic standards, paying particular attention to the surfaces most affected by the hands.
For our restaurant, in order to ensure compliance with new health and social distancing measures, we ensure superior quality standards when preparing a meal as well as a seating plan respecting social distancing.
We are actively monitoring updates from the Public Health Agency of Canada and provincial health authorities regarding the coronavirus.
