Notice to our customers,

In order to welcome you in peace, here are some sanitary measures that have been put in place:

• implementation of hygiene, health and safety policies and protocols for our employees and customers.

• Increase in the frequency of cleaning public spaces, particularly in high traffic areas such as reception desks, elevators, door handles, public toilets in addition to the disinfection of room keys.

• Redevelopment of public areas, such as the hotel lobby, while recalling social distancing protocols using meaningful pictograms and protective screens on our reception counters.

• Warm and personalized approach available at all times to provide the best customer service.

• Installation of hand sanitizer dispensers available to our customers at the main entrances

• Increased frequency of cleaning of workspaces, with emphasis on high traffic areas such as staff entrances, laundry rooms and offices.

• The housekeeping of our rooms is subject to strict cleaning and disinfection protocols intended to maintain all hygienic standards, paying particular attention to the surfaces most affected by the hands.

• For our restaurant, in order to ensure compliance with new health and social distancing measures, we ensure superior quality standards when preparing a meal as well as a seating plan respecting social distancing.

We are actively monitoring updates from the Public Health Agency of Canada and provincial health authorities regarding the coronavirus.
